These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between You and Sakshi Wellness Coach ("Sakshi" or “we” or “us” or “our(s)”) governing Your access and use of Sakshi’s products, software, and/or services as described on www.sakshiwellnesscoach.com (“Website”) and any related mobile or software applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Sakshi Wellness Coach, a private company.

As used herein, “You” and “Your(s)” refer to any individual or entity that accesses or otherwise uses the Platform. Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store Your personal information, as well as any additional policies provided by us to You.

Your use of the Platform

The Platform includes areas open to all visitors and password-protected areas that may be accessed only by “account owners” and other authorized users (“Authorized Users”). These Terms apply to both public and password-protected areas of the Platform.

Restrictions on Use

You further represent, warrant, and assure that You shall not engage in any activity, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information or content that:

1. Belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right;
2. Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting, or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
3. Is harmful to children;
4. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
5. Violates any law in force;
6. Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information;
7. Impersonates another person or entity;
8. Accesses or uses the account of another customer without permission;
9. Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, or public order, or causes incitement to commit any cognizable offense;
10. Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
11. Constitutes a criminal offense under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and amendments). Such breaches will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will cooperate by disclosing Your identity to them;
12. Attempts unauthorized access to our Platform, servers, computers, or databases connected to our site;
13. Violates our guidelines and policies;
14. Constitutes deceptive advertising;
15. Asserts or implies Your Content is sponsored or endorsed by us;
16. Is patently false and intended to mislead or harass for financial gain or injury.
